When can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of being received. We ship via USPS. Typically, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days after we ship it, depending on where you live. Please note, the USPS is currently experiencing delays and your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
Do you ship to my state?
Depends. Where do you live? The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (aka the Farm Bill) legalized CBD that is derived from hemp and contains no more than 0.3% THC (by dry weight). No product sold by Ceres Natural Remedies contains more than .03% THC. Despite this, CBD remains in a legal gray area state to state. As of today, we are not shipping to Kansas or Idaho.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a USPS tracking number shortly after your purchase is completed.
My tracking information says my order was delivered, but it isn't here. What do I do?
Please contact us to make sure that your order was processed correctly on our end. We can confirm whether or not it shipped. If for some reason it did not, we will make things right. In the case of lost or stolen parcels however, your avenue of recourse is through the United States Postal Service, as they are our sole shipping partner and are responsible for all lost or stolen packages. You can find information on how to recover your loss by visiting their website.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, no. All transactions are final.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the products we carry, all transactions are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or with the incorrect items, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Is my payment secure? Is my information kept private?
Yes and yes. We use a secure e-commerce website that is SSL certified, and your credit card information is not kept on file. All of your information is kept completely private. We will not share, sell, or publicize your information through third parties. We do not work in conjunction with any related companies that may use your information beyond the necessary needs of completing your transaction.
Can I get a gift card?
We are sorry to say that we do not offer gift cards at this time.
What is the cost of shipping?
Depending on the weight of your order and your shipping zip code, costs vary. You can view shipping costs at the time of your checkout. Spend $75 or more and get FREE shipping!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. If your order is too large to fit in your P.O. Box, it will be available for pick up at the post office counter.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes. Your order will have a return address as “Ceres Natural Remedies” and packaged with branded Ceres Natural Remedies tape. It will not indicate the package’s contents.
