OUR BURLINGTON FLAGSHIP STORE IS OPEN WITH REDUCED HOURS AS OF
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10TH, 2020!

We are pleased to announce the re-opening of our Burlington Flagship store. Safety is and will always be paramount. While COVID-19 remains in our community, we will be taking certain precautions for our customers and staff inside the store to reduce exposure to this virus, noted below. We are continuing to offer free shipping on orders $75 or more at our online shop. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
Things to note:

  • All patrons must wear a mask in order to enter the store.
  • All patrons must be at least 6 feet apart while inside the store.
  • Only 10 patrons are allowed in the store at one time.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, you will not be permitted in the store.
  • We will be offering curbside pick-up at our flagship store in Burlington. Please give the store a call (1-833-237-3767 opt. 1) and we will process your order. Once you are parked (there is street parking right outside the store) please come up to the door and give us a call. We will bring your order out to you at that time.
  • We are currently not accepting samples for potency testing.
  • The online 15% discount (SHOPCBDSAFE) will discontinue effective June 9th, 2020.

Hours of Operation:

  • Our Burlington location is now open with reduced hours, Wednesday through Sunday, 10AM to 6PM.
  • Our Middlebury location will be closed until further notice, open only to Southern Vermont Wellness registrants. These registrants can still purchase Ceres products at the dispensary.
  • Our Brattleboro location will remain open with the drive-thru only to reduce person to person interaction. The public can still purchase Ceres products through the drive-thru.
  • Ceres products will be available at Champlain Valley Dispensary’s location in South Burlington, open only to CVD registrants.

While we are opening, some of our local fellow small business’ doors remain shuttered. If you can, please support them by shopping online.

What we are continuing to do as an organization
to protect our community:

Employees are instructed not to come into work if they are sick. We have implemented protocols that instruct any individual who has developed symptoms or come into contact with anyone affected by the virus to follow the CDC/Department of Health guidelines. We have updated our standard operating procedures to include increased sanitation of frequently used surfaces such as doorknobs, countertops, card readers, hand sinks, etc. and have removed self-serve testers – though you can still try out products with the assistance of a sales associate. We are restricting non-essential travel between locations for staff and limiting outside vendor access to our production and distribution facilities. All frontline staff are receiving hazard pay at this time.

We are carefully monitoring all advisories from the VT Department of Health, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization, and will adjust our safety strategies as needed.

What you can do to protect yourself
and our community:

First and Foremost, stay home if you have developed symptoms or come into contact with anyone affected by the virus. In this instance, we advise that you carefully follow the CDC/Department of Health guidelines for reporting and self quarantine.

Use best practice when it comes to personal hygiene. Regular, thorough hand washing is critical to success. Hand sanitizer will be made available at the register and we encourage its use upon arrival. If you need to cough or sneeze, always do so into your elbow or a tissue, and if possible, turn away from anyone who might be near you. Avoid touching your face as much as possible.

Implement common sense social distancing when necessary. Again, we are asking all who come to the store to remain 6 feet apart in order to reduce person to person interactions – and you can always still shop online with us – your favorite CBD products can be delivered to your home by ordering through our Ceres website. If you are in Southern Vermont, utilizing the Brattleboro locations’s CBD drive-thru is a great idea. It is open to the public. Our customer service representatives are always available by email at this time to support you in your use of CBD and all of the products we carry. Contact us at info@ceresremedies.com.

Be prudent and stock up. Plan ahead. Many people are choosing to stock up on groceries and household staples so that they can be prepared in the event of a home quarantine. This could also be an effective strategy for you to ensure access to your preferred CBD products for symptom relief.

We realize that this may be an unnerving time for some. We feel deeply for those who have been affected, and are grateful to report that no one associated with our organization has contracted COVID-19.

We’re so grateful for your support. A huge thank you goes out to all of the essential personnel out there, including our incredibly brave and compassionate team still keeping up operations at our HQ and our medical cannabis dispensaries. Please know we have put in place a variety of safety net options to help each and every one of our employees feel supported – we’ll be talking more about that in our social media later on.

Vermonters are rallying around each other even though current events have been very disruptive to everyday life. We’re so proud to be a part of this community.

Thank you for your attention to this very important matter and thank you in advance for your efforts. Rest assured, if we become aware of any condition that affects the safety of our customers and staff we will address it immediately. We are confident that by working together and maintaining healthy channels of communication we can be best prepared for any challenges that lay ahead.
