Each bottle of our Lemon Peppermint starts with organic fractionated coconut oil (MCT). We infuse this base with full spectrum CBD and then lightly flavor with organic lemon and peppermint essential oils.

How to use the graduated dropper to measure dose:
-1200mg bottle: 1/4ml=10mg CBD, 1/2=20mg CBD, 3/4=30mg CBD, 1ml = 40mg CBD
-600mg bottle: 1/4ml = 5mg CBD, 1/2ml = 10mg CBD, 3/4ml = 15mg CBD, 1ml = 20mg CBD
We recommend “going low and slow.” Start with using the graduated dropper to place 1/4ml of oil under the tongue. Hold for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Repeat and/or increase dose as needed.
