Shake well before using. Use graduated dropper to determine individual dose. Repeat as needed.
How to use the graduated dropper to measure dose:
1/4ml = 5mg CBD
1/2ml = 10mg CBD
3/4ml = 15mg CBD
1ml = 20mg CBD
We recommend “going low and slow.” Start with using the graduated dropper to place 1/4ml of oil under the tongue. Hold for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Repeat and/or increase dose as needed.
